There is always something to do the week of the fair. Visit the Exhibit Hall where you will find homegrown produce on display by Adults, 4-H and Youth exhibitors, handmade items such as quilts are also on display.  Educational booths are also set up where you can learn more about country by various service agencies. The Neshoba County Extension Service conducts livestock shows during the week, Beef and Dairy Cattle a long with sheep and goats.

Everyone looks forward to the Pretty Cow Contest that is held on Wednesday afternoons. The Petting Zoo is another popular stop for fair goers as there are goats, chickens, lambs, ducks and more available to see. The beginning of the week, starts off with the Miss Neshoba County Fair pageant held at the Grandstand, the pageant is open to all young women from Neshoba County. Also on Mondays, the Clothes Line Art Contest is held with the art being exhibited that afternoon in Founders Square.

On Sunday afternoons, the children's concert is held at Founders Square. Children are encouraged to bring pots, pans, drums, horns whatever they can find to make noise and join the band. Tuesdays at the fair involves the Veteran's Memorial Service at Founders Square. The service consist of laying of the wreath and flag ceremony, it concludes with Taps being played.
