Process for Applying to be a Vendor for the NCF Arts & Crafts Market-Due April 24, 2026

Applying:

  • Fill out the application form below.
  • In the file upload section, submit photos of the items you plan to sell.
  • Click Submit. You should see a message confirming your submission was successful. Please do not submit the application multiple times.

After Applying:

  1. The Arts & Crafts Committee will review the products shown in your uploaded photos.
  2. You will receive an email from the committee informing you whether your application has been approved.
  3. If approved, the email will include a payment link for your booth reservation.
  4. Payment must be submitted within 5 days of approval or your booth space may be released.

General Rules:

  1. All items sold must be handmade, handcrafted, or originally created by the exhibitor. Retail or resale items are not permitted. This includes items purchased wholesale or retail for the purpose of reselling them at the market.
  2. No food of any kind, canned or fresh, may be sold from an exhibitor’s booth.
  3. No use of the name or logo of The Neshoba County Fair® or Mississippi’s Giant HouseParty® is permitted.
  4. The Arts & Crafts Committee reserves the right to restrict the number of exhibitors in any category.
  5. Each exhibitor will be furnished with 2 armbands per booth space for admission. For example, exhibitors purchasing 2 spaces will receive 4 armbands. Armbands must always be worn.
  6. Electrical service IS NOT PROVIDED, however you may use a low-noise generator.
  7. Exhibitors may not enter the fairgrounds before their assigned time. This time will be emailed to you along with additional event information.
  8. Please arrive 30 minutes before your assigned time and wait to be called to Gate 2 (Main Gate) for entry into the fairgrounds.
  9. This is an outdoor event and no contingency has been made for rain.
  10. Exhibitors are required to use tents and bring plastic coverings to protect displays in case of rain.
  11. Exhibitors are responsible for providing any equipment necessary to display their work. Displays must be completely set up by 7:45 a.m.
  12. Due to limited space on Founder’s Square, unloading must be completed within 15 minutes. Vehicles must then be moved to the parking area outside of the fairgrounds so other exhibitors may unload.
  13. Booths are numbered and assigned. Exhibitors may reserve a maximum of two booth spaces.
  14. Directions to booth spaces will be provided as vehicles enter the set-up area.
  15. Absolutely no pets are allowed.
  16. The show closes at 3:30 p.m. All sales must stop at that time and exhibitors must vacate Founder’s Square. Vehicles will not be allowed onto the square until 3:30 p.m.
  17. Exhibitors must leave at least 10 feet between their stand and cabin porches.
  18. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
  19. All exhibitors must pay a 7% sales tax on items sold during the show. Tax forms will be provided and must be turned in to the Fair Office as you leave the show.
  20. The NCF must file the sales tax on Monday, June 22, 2026. If your tax is not paid before leaving the show, a fee will be charged by the State Tax Office. The NCFA will not be responsible for paying this fee.
