Little and Junior Miss Neshoba County Fair Pageant Rules

  1. Contestants must be between the ages of 6-8 (Little Miss) OR 9-11 (Junior Miss) on the day of the pageant and must live in Neshoba County.
  2. Program date will be Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Pavilion. Contestants should arrive dressed and ready to go by 1:30 PM.
  3. Judging will be based on the following factors:
    • Stage Presence – Poise/Modeling
    • Appearance/Fair Wear
    • Overall Impression

    Points and score sheets are for judges’ assessment only. The final selection is the judges’ decision. A winner and first alternate will be selected in each division

  4. Each contestant should dress in their favorite “Fair Wear.” Fair wear is open to the contestant’s interpretation, but is not formal wear or an evening gown.
  5. To enter the pageant, contestants must submit the following:
    • Completed Entry Form
    • $25 Entry Fee paid electronically (credit card, debit card, or ACH)

    Electronic registration and payment must be submitted by Friday, May 22, 2026. No late entries will be accepted.

  6. Layout of the stage will be provided upon receipt of the completed entry form and entry fee. This will be emailed to the address provided on the application.
  7. The winners of Little Miss and Junior Miss Neshoba County Fair will appear and be recognized on stage at the Miss Neshoba County Fair Pageant on Monday, June 22, 2026, as well as during various events during the 2026 Neshoba County Fair.
